Hey i want to thank you for the great idea, i think it looks better than SN SJ Box. Here's mine fab it up in 3 hours & 6 bucks.:-) i didnt use brackets like you cause i never jump with my front foot forward. Like this its solid no movement at all :woot:

i run 2-w in my kawi with no problems what so ever for about a year.

I'm thinking about running a straight pipe made from PVC where my water box is, i know it will be loud but i only have rear exhaust & the stock sxr box is a tank. Will this setup work, i don't want to loose bottom end, but don't care about top. Or should i go with tdr box
