the shorter pole alone will make a world of difference. if your on a budget just ground out your sn bracket and a little if the rn pole base and buy some stainless washers.
no prob. if you use 1 bolt it pinches the 2 pole mounting flanges together, and the more the bushings wear out, the more you tighteb and squeeze the flanges together
