Get UMI Steering with an xmetal plate, and that will fit on either a square pole(with the addition of driling 4 holes) or a roundnose pole.

yes, you have to cut the side of the pad all the way back the screw insert. I put UMI steering, with a -2 xmetal plate and xmetal straight bars. Without the mod, I've pretty much f*cked up my sterring cable...:17:

I originally glued and stapled the turf on my nose pad, and it held up great. When I had to modify the pad to accomodate the umi steering and straight bars, I turfed straight onto the platic, and bevelled the edges. Wroks much better, and looks much cleaner.
