Ok I believe when you got that waterbox you asked for the 750 box, on the 750 box a hose goes from that fitting to a nipple on the bottom of the exhaust pipe flange, if you exhaust pipe is off the 650 it won't have this hose, you can either put a pipe plug where the fitting is on the waterbox ...
