I've never played with a set of keihin's. I'm assuming that the spigots marked with an "R" are for return lines. That leaves other spigots for fuel inlet, and pulse signal from cases. What is the little spigot/nipple used for? U can barely see it pointing down. Its directly in front of the ID stamp. Looks like a primer type size inlet but it's position suggests otherwise.

Agreed with the oil injection. Y'all think there's any need to block off that nipple or remove it?

Yep same as a Mikuni inlet at the bottom return at the top, premiix and just run a piece of primer line connecting the two oil spigots together..

BTW I have an extra set of seat hinges here hint hint !

Thx brutha. I'll do just that with the carbs. I'd take those seat hinges off u but I scrubbed like hell and took the dremel to those old seat hinges of mine and got them to work.

I do need ur help though. PM sent ur way.

Ok I believe when you got that waterbox you asked for the 750 box, on the 750 box a hose goes from that fitting to a nipple on the bottom of the exhaust pipe flange, if you exhaust pipe is off the 650 it won't have this hose, you can either put a pipe plug where the fitting is on the waterbox , swap out the 650 pipe for a 750 pipe or drill and tap the bottom flange for a pipe fitting to connect the hose to. It looks like they were drying out the pipe some and redirecting the water into the top of the waterbox for more performance on the 750's

That effin' waterbox barb that I don't know where it connects. I'm running that 750 pipe/water box u sent me. The oem manual doesn't show the plumbing that includes that barb in the diagram. Im running cooling from pump to bottom of exhaust mani up through head pipe then to cylinder head with a t going to pisser and another going to pipe stinger. The last barb without any visible connects is that one on top of H2O box. I don't know where to send it. I'm assuming water from the stinger is accumulating in waterbox and needs to go overboard but can't find an oem diagram to confirm

A hose goes from the waterbox fitting to the nipple on the left side of the exhaust pipe, note pic below, you are using a 650 pipe which does not have that fitting, look at the pics below the 750 pipe is longer in the mid section , it will fit in your ski,if you slide the pipe farther in to the waterbox and move the rubber boot up farther on the pipe body, but the exhaust coupler is larger and you would have to use the 750 exhaust manifold and head pipe.

Now that being said here is what you can do, drill and tap the stainless flange for a threaded fitting and run a hose to the waterbox fitting or you can just plug the fitting in the top of the box and go with it, what they are doing is diverting water from the pipe to the waterbox drying out the pipe in essence making the pipe even longer to work with the 750 porting.

You can also put a restrictor in the other hose to fool the pipe into thinking its longer
