aight, i'm installing a TDR waterbox in my friends SXR. there is a fitting set up on the output side of the waterbox for a cooling line. I'm guessing to help silence the sound a little. anyone running one of these? if so, are you using that line, or did you block it off? he's running...

i run a stinger restrictor in my one ski and bought a Jet Works adjustable flow control valve for my new ski... anyone run both together?

i'd use time certs, they work much better IMO... never had one come out. unless you plan to refoam any time soon... then cut the tray out and install nice new oem inserts... that's what i did over the winter.

I've had both my AC poles bead blasted, cut-shortened, and rewelded. PM Brian (Proformance1) - he did mine... he might be able to give you some input on what he did.

you think the cylinder was just wore out? that's what i was thinking... this is just not my month... my rotator cuff is killing me, and i hurt my neck at the gym this morning... WTF!!!!!!!!! maybe i need to just take time off and drink heavily....

i just ordered a bunch of stuff and hell yes I will be changing from a non girdled head to a girdled head for sure. my new ski should be back from paint this week... the motor for that ski is sitting on the bench ready to go - with a girdled head, ported, etc etc... i should be back on the...

yeah, i have dual cooling on that ski, but it's been set up like that since 2002 without any trouble. i've actual run in colder water. nope, not on that motor, been using a non-girdled ADA for several years without an issue... until now that is.

one more pic... I pulled the cases apart today too... all good... i figured it would be a good time to installl new crank seals and all new gaskets LOL
