If you didn't get it started within about an hour, chances are the motor is toast. The saltwater is very very corrosive and you have to get it out immediately. In the future, get it started right away and run it for several minutes (in the water or on a flush hose) to get the motor up to temp...

so won't it be in the neighborhood of 90lbs with reinforcement and foam?
