look harder..I have sold a few 701 SJ's within the past couple years and you have trouble getting more than 1500 for them even in good shape

if you have 900 bucks to spend look for a squarenose superjet... a salty sun soaked old kawi close to the ocean in florida is likely NOT the best choice
