I'm open on dates. When are you available QM?
Who will be the resident stupidvisor (as Penguin says)? I'm not skeered but this whole fiberglass thing is a new realm......
Floats fine, nothing unusual noticed. No, the locator pin holes do not go to foam.
Mick, you still serious about footholds? Looks like it might be defoam/refoam too.......
So with that configuration there would be two pissers, right? The right head out that goes to the bottom of the pipe is marked line to bypass, that's what threw me off.
Looks like my ski had dual cooling at one point, with the stock bilge line used.
Noticed this when I bought it but just now got around to seeing what the deal was.....had to chip away at some of it to get to the bolts. Sorry for the bad pics but the two holes dripped a little water after I got the pump loose. Not real sure if this was a temporary solution or what.
Thanks!!! She has her quirks....but I'm happy so far. Well, except that I missed a ride cause the starter decided to quit working.....and the f'd up cooling routing.....and the excessive Great Stuff foam that was in the pump cavity.
Plans for footholds, possibly de/refoam. Go with a...

"MK-BN38/44 SPR
Rebuild kit for one Super Bn carburburetor (seriously misspelled) fits Mikuni Super BN38 or BN44 (Square Pump)
Yamaha Water Vehicles with Super BN44
Sea-Doo with Super BN38"
The Mikuni description for this PN MK-BN38/44 SPR is a SBN kit. The other carb kits are BNs.
Hope the auction description was correct, for your sake!!! Good score!
The ski came with BR9ES plugs.....nothing points to a need for those. Unless I'm missing something....
WC head (don't remember compression)
Relatively sure no porting
TDR water box
B Pipe
About all I can think of that matters....
So mine is a Mod....more Q's
Which of those is the preferred routing setup?
If I had a water injection system, where should the fitting placement be?
What's the best thing to use to de-carbonize this beast???
With the shoddy routing before hand....once I properly route the lines...
