I just got off the phone with Brenda from the rental company that Penguin posted. Like he mentioned earlier, they expect to have most of their properties repaired by March. She said their website is not showing many of the properties, or show them unavailable, right now since they removed them...

I'll help out but can't really commit right now. One career change didn't work out and the other prospect is in a hiring freeze until the new year. Maybe, just maybe, if it works out I could help a lot!!! Could we maybe throw some ideas out for what actually needs to be planned/arranged...
