If you plan on going big i would get underpadding. There are a few people on this forum alone that have had shattered ankles that will tell you the same

I didnt think any sitdowns have off throttle steering either.

The starter and bendix are 2 seperate parts altogether. That spinning noise, from my personal experience, is almost always the bendix not engaging.

That x-2 wouldnt sell in the u.s. 90% of couch riders in the U.S. are fat, lazy and afraid to get wet.

Is that the place where from the ramp you go around the shallow area to the ocean? I think I was there once before. Not sure if I can convince the wife to go back there, there wasnt anywhere nearby she could hang out and watch the riding.

anytime the pump comes unhooked from the water first thing to is let off the throttle. not doing so can cause this to happen. its like dropping a car in 1st gear at 80 mph

The town wont permit the ride to happen anymroe without insurance and a permit. Amherst was the one trying to organize it and she said insurance was near the 7k area and every spot she checked into required it. On a plus side, I think Pete and some of the guys are trying to get an informal...

bought a gas cap assembly from him about a month ago and got it pretty quickly and packaged well. Sorry to hear you didnt get your straps yet.

Not sure about the kawi, but on the sj there are 2 wire harnesses that you unplug, the 2 terminal posts on the starter relay, and after that there are only about 4 mroe iwres with bullet connectors that hold the box to the ski, I had mine off and back together in about 15 minutes. Hardest part...

heres the box for my sj. I had to replace alot of my wires on my ski. The wire going from the starter relay to the battery on my ski was corroded so bad that my ski wouldnt run. Replaced the wires and connections and now it runs better than ever. The wires looked brand new from the outside but...

I guess im the only person thats never been a big exotic fan. Never saw anything that made me say wow. but then again We have a local guy here named Ian that does awesoem work.
