    Xmetal dual breather Q

FWIW my ported roundnose (OEM 38s) revs out really well & I have the front air intakes plugged; the AMW pole seems to add plenty of air w/just the rear hood breather holes. I don't know about NO hood breathers though....

    Who re-splines driveshafts??

The very best way to go would be a polygonal shaft - quote "Polygon precision, non-round shaft to hub mechanical connections are a direct replacement for applications that would otherwise use keyed or splined shaft to hub connections. They have been proven superior to splines and keys for High...

A wet suit, the water's pretty cold now! Also make SURE you obey any signs , laws or rules relating to turtle nesting/manatees, etc. They can give out some $$$ tickets.... Let us know when/where, maybe someone w/surf experience can ride w/you & give you some pointers.

Best places to ride in Florida?

For surf, there are many hot spots, from north to south: Hugenot in Jacksonville, Vilano in St. Augustine, the PWC zones in Daytona/New Smyrna, Ponce Inlet between Daytona & New Smyrna, & Sebastion Inlet in Melbourne. You should search here & PWCToday.com (for more history) regarding these...

    worx pump stuffer grate

I have that grate & it is great for surf. Cornering is good if you keep your weight back. As to breaking it loose - Just chop the thrttle for a sec & it's like any other grate.

    worx pump stuffer grate

Can you expand on that Wax? I thought it was the best intake grate (201?) with a stuffer for better hookup & more topend. A racing grate to be sure. So how does it make the ski not handle on corners?

    Carb adjustment screws

John at JSS says you're supposed to stretch the adjustment needle springs a bit to add extra tension. I didn't & mine haven't moved in a year (yet).
