i didnt mean you have to buy the whole ski..... just the part you broke... however if the engine blows are the hull splits, and there could have been some previous pre-existing damage, then i dont think the borrower should be held responsible.

all my boats are mostly saltwater boats and those bolts always come out easy. LEFTY LOOSEY :burnout:

even if you dont break the ski you borrowed...... buying the owner a drink at the after party is always a must. should be rule #1 rule #2- you break it, you buy it!

yeah i talked to jared (norcal ex) today and he said the weather was nice... unfortunately the surf forecast shows the waves droping from 10' down to 4.5 tomorrow. oh well , still should be fun size.

im gonna try and be there around 9.....so probably in the water by 10 and ride most of the day (if my ski allows me to) hurry and finish that thing!

my concern really isnt about the gas itself being bad....but because it is premixed already, will the gas break down the oil after a while or will it affect its ability to properly lubricate the motor? come on , theres gotta be some kinda rocket scientist in here that can ejemakate us common folk!

i have 5 gallons of 91 octane gas that is already mixed 44:1 with conventional oil. it has been sitting for about two and a half months. would you still use it?? how long does gas last after its mixed??

personally, i would just buy a complete 701 for $500 off here and then sell yours on CL for $300 and save yourself some work/headache

all im saying is that if i did go to daytona, it wont be for the surf, it'll be to party... and no i wont drive 3000 miles but maybe fly. even when i went to florida for stuntwars i shipped my bike out there and flew.
