my 701 was close to doing that too though... stock engine from 94 waverunner that was still running original pistons. I'd say I was a good ten minutes away from grenading it. Had 120 and 140 psi when tore apart. the two pics are of the same piston, opposite sides of the intake skirt. :bigeyes:

the front attachment of my roundnose chin pad is cracked, well I've tried to epoxy it and glass over it but the epoxy doesnt really stick to the plastic. it holds ok but you can peel it right off if you get a corner loose. I was just thinking rivit some sheet alumimum to support it. any better...
