Ok i gotcha now. Where can i get duratech clear? and has anyone ever attempted to just roll gelcoat on?

So remove some of the existing gelcoat with acetone. Then spray a couple with the gel coat then last layer cut 50/50 with duratech clear?

So im almost ready to paint this weekend i have the whole topdeck sanded. I just decided i want to paint the bottom of the hull aswell but i really dont feel like sanding a couple more days. If i use a paint remover will it affect the stucturability of the hull?
