compression sounds low, especially for that head. mine had a 1.5 needle & seat 122.5 low and a 180 main jet. thinking i had the gold spring, whichever one raised the pop off. may wanna try a 160/165 main first

mine adjusts with no problem. may have to put some a** in it

put a vacuum line in it. weve broke a few too and that works fine.

think i have found a donor 760. we will freshen her up, give it about 35 degrees of timing and a little extra compression and whip on it while i send my other cylinder back to art for an upgrade.
