I always hated that hook on the UMI finger throttle, most comfortable one I ever used was one from Hot Products., but they don't make that one anymore the new one looks just like a UMI. I have used a couple of KVPI's and I really like them as well.

The main issue I see with Chinese made stuff is in the metallurgy, lots of parts being made and sold out of material that is basically crap, the most common problem I see is on aftermarket starters where the armature just shears completely off, you can't make good parts from crap materials.

This is the exact same way I mounted the 300SX handlepole on my SN, only difference is I ordered the bushing from some guy on Ebay, they fit perfectly . I cut the sides off the pole cover and glassed them back on so there were 90 degrees from the top to make it fit .
