umm.... ive surfed for about 9 years and ridden surf on a ski for about 4. A surf slash is the first trick ive ever done on a ski in the surf.

Oh I absolutely agree with that, but the difficulty lvl of it is wayyy down on the scale. I've seen people do them that have only ridden for like 2 months. They also make for nice pictures, just trying to figure out the whole new slash craze.

I guess I'm the only one that doesnt understand the impressiveness of a surf slash :shrug:

If you ask me watching other peopel is a good way to learn how to do a trick, but not the best for improving style. If everyone did tricks the same way then where would the style be?

setup wake and technique are most important. dont let the hype fool you. Add power to your motor as you need it. most guys have skis that are way too powerful for their skill lvl, me being one of them lol. ive seen flatwater rolls on stock sj's, heck even a 650sx.

That snowman is great, we were cracking up looking at it. Funny thing is, even if we get a foot of snow, my wife still makes mini snowmen like that all the time.
