I installed the Enhancer and an MSD coil at the same time, so I noticed strong results. I agree with what Fly says - well put. Easier starts, tad quicker response, love the 8K rev limit.
I would PAY for the privilege of hauling Mr. Serlin's ski around the beach.
Seriously though, I saw that in the pictures and thought it looked like a nice thing to have. Just judging from photos, it looks like a well-run operation.

Crazy story. I think they have decided to team up with the sting rays.
All I know about sturgeon is around here, they grow 'em BIG. Theses beasts are some prehistoric SOBs.

My cousin broke his right wrist snowboarding. He's a cadmonkey like me (and a lot of guys on here.) A year later, after a couple of surgeries, he's actually decided to stick with a left handed mouse setup. What a weirdo.

This stuff is not on the Yamaha USA site. Same goes for Kawasaki. For Sea Doo you have to go to the Bombardier site. Hydrospace I doubt is a public company.
Go to the corporate websites for the manufacturers. Annual reports are a good place to start. After that, send an email to AWA. If anybody had decent info they were willing to share, it would be AWA.
Without any real proof, I would say that standup sales are either declining or staying...
LBE I would like to agree with you. There was an FX on Craigslist a week or so ago for a killer deal. I don't have the energy/time for a pump conversion, otherwise I would have strongly considered it. Although I haven't ridden one, every point you list makes perfect sense to me.
It's never the wrong ski if the price is right. $2200 for a nice FX1 is probably right there.
I've never ridden an FX1, but the only knock I know is that the pump is undersized.
I have the Blowsion spring sitting on my workbench. My pole bolt is frozen solid. <--- Read, NOT going to budge.
The spring looks pretty strong though.
