3/2 refers to the thickness of the neoprene. the thicker material is in the more vital placed like your core and the thinner (2) is in the areas that need more mobility like your extremities. i ride northern california surf only in the winter and wear a 3/2. i wouldnt recommend anything thicker...

i think everyone does this at 1st.. just keep riding and you will get better. a shorter pole would probably help too. if youre not already doing it, try riding surf stance also.

i usually change mine every few rides so i never have any issues but on sunday my ski just wouldnt start out of nowhere. i didnt sink it or anything. i tried cleaning the plugs and no luck. threw a new set in and it ran great.

even though it was overcast, i still thought it was pretty warm. i just wore a t-shirt 90% of the weekend, even at night. thats my buddy josh, he doesnt ride skis and isnt on the site.
