Anybody care to explain what needs to be done to modify a pump for dual cooling? The most pump work I've done is swapping the prop, so i dont know how to remove the shaft or anything. A how to or any pics would be appreciated. thanks.

i need to fab one of these little guys up for my ski before summer hits as well.

i assume you mean steering nozzle. but anyways. all pumps/nozzles/cones of all years SJs are interchangable. the early 650 squares had plastic reduction nozzles and bigger bulge for the stock bilge siphon. but you can mix and match at will. the FX1 had the smaller pump.

any yr ride plate will work. its just that the squares have 6 holes and rounds have 4, holes in same place though.
