I always leave those four bolts exposed. It really doesn't look bad and it is very practical especially with some pipes. Just take an xacto blade and cut around them. Then stick it in a vice or whatever and break them free. Use teflon paste on the threads next time.
Good idea on the scuppers. Yeah I like mine on the outside in case my bilges fail it's easy to open up. We can't usually beach up here to get into the motor compartment.
I prefer snug. I've had to borrow larger helmets before and I hate coming out of a stab and having to pull my helmet back down to see. Or getting choked by the chin strap when the helmet goes back.
I sank mine there. If mine's turtle for 10-15sec it's done. I'm thinking it's a combination of my one-way and the short intake hoses on my hood and pole.
I can't seem to get by on one sheet if I do diamonds/grooves side-to-side in the tray and still maximize the length of my rail cuts. Am I doing bad trig or is this to be expected?
Yeah that one's different - wet chamber w/o water injection. You're the only other guy I've come across running this pipe surprisingly. R&D couldn't even help me with it...
That first one looks like a nuthin with a suicidal twist :nutkick: Haha actually Scott had helmetcam footage of that from the backside of the wave but it turned out awful. Must've been the ectopuke-green ski
