scuff and use panel fusor... that :-):-):-):-) will hold anything. I use panel fusor for everything... never comes appart. Typically I use 100EZ

Yup, 3M 5200 to seal everything. The left side line is the oem siphon bilge. I have my pump drilled and tapped for a second cooling line... so that's what I use the left side line for. Yeah, yamaha uses some crappy foam line substance to seal stuff... which is why it likely leaks. I scrape...

I used my circular saw...
first time I did the foam swap I got blocks of poly foam for free from Tractor Supply - it's used in the transport of utility trailers. This time, i used 2" poly foam from home depot - it's easier to handle, and I used my band saw to cut it.
for tools... i used a jig saw and a cutoff wheel...
