the tank full/tank empty argument is based on old metal tanks in bikes and boats. the metal creates condensation and you end up with moister in the fuel unless you keep them topped off. in plastic, this is a non issue. what you DO get with plastic taks is vapor bleed through and fuel degradation...

they would need to be extruded. it's an expensive process. making quality CF tubing is not something you can do in your garage with a mold and a vacuum pump.
thats a good point, I think it may actually be filled with lead. the spring really makes a huge difference in offsetting the weight. but getting it installed...jesus h. monkey poop...
