Where's the FUNNY video???
This place is perfect for flatwater :bananalama: It'll be easy to ride anytime now, just have to change clothes....no trailers and driving anywhere :wavey:
I have a point to jump over, reeds to jump through, and plenty of room to float a ski jump :sneaky...
I work in the Design, Development and Integration Branch.....aka Prototype Lab.....and I am a design engineer (BSME). I doubt I'll ever be in the market for another job
Hey thanks Nedra......I love my job!
The sonic booms are my favorite part of landing I think, but it wasn't as loud this time probably due to the high winds. It flew right over where we were watching from, it makes a cool rumble as it is slowing for final approach.
And, I watched the Dallas supercross one year after it had rained all day, after the first lap you couldn't tell who was who cuz they were all covered in mud.....less than ideal conditions for them. That is just part of what makes our sport (hobby) what it is IMO.
A wise Canadian named Paul King once told me that the main difference between pros and ams is that pros must be able to do their tricks in any conditions. I think that is spot on.....that water didn't bother me any, but for the guys that only ride on glass when they practice had a harder time...
Awesome, I didn't even know they were prego. This thing may turn out to be a great event......sounds like there will be lots of good teachers and students :outtahere:
