These aren't sissy ocean waves either. No nice spacing, one IMMEDIATLY after another. It's a scary place out there...if you mess up you could easily be drownd by the next wave. And its 50 degree water temps. Riding in the ocean is a dream to these waves.

I definatly think the Light hull before the motor is the way to go! You can do a LOT (think damn near backflip) with a light hull and a limited motor. Just waiting till I can Afford my own XFT hull :( Keep it up chuck, you're the man!
