I think no matter the weight. If it says no aftermarket hulls, we have to stick to that. Weather its a surf monster or not. That is where the line must be drawn. If an expert class is created, it should allow aftermarket hulls.

We do need consistent enforcement. The rules need to be changed though, and THEN Consistently enforced. Someone stated in another thread about how the rules have been neglected so now we cant start enforcing them. If new rules were impossed with new classes, it would give a starting point to...

Fx-1's are all handlaid though- no Heavy SMC like they are trying to get rid of by replacing the bottom of an SJ. Hence one of the reasons the FX-1 is soo much lighter already. But youre right it would be much easier!
