    LED trailer lights

I bought a set of LEDs from Academy, a local outdoors retailer, and they have Optronics (which can be found on eBay). I like them, don't recall if they are fully sealed, I soldered the connections and covered them with an adhesive lined heat shrink tubing (instead of the clip splices). Closest...

oem flame arrestors with aftermarket hoods wtf?,

That's done on a square nose only. There are intakes on the front of the round that are covered to minimize water intake.

    worst ebay packaging job EVER

True... I would have found some foam padding then saran wrap... I think it's great to reuse boxes. DGY, Blowsion, etc. do it... and I re-use their re-used boxes... but there is a point at which they should be discarded/recycled (structural integrity).

    Unmolested 02 SJ.....For now.....

When you compare the number of riders that have tubbies or reinforce, reinforcement is more common. Thus I felt it was more important to emphasize reinforcemnt.... Besides, tubbies are one of those things that are rider preference. Kind of like a wet wolf cone, or blueprinted pump. Not as...

    Unmolested 02 SJ.....For now.....

May I suggest adding reinforcements at stage 2, since you are working with glass anyway (footholds).

    Adding foam to a SJ

Negligible amounts of foam can be added to help like you are asking... Either the foam is wet, or there are voids in the foam (which is highly unlikely, but possible). "It can sink fast" is relative not quantitative. Is there another ski near you with which you can compare weights?
