It kinda went ok. The Judge seems nice. The trial attorney asked for a postponement. She is thinking of dropping the overstaying the visa charge becuase there is no proof but she needed more time to decide. We go back September 12th. We probably won't know anything for sure until sometime...

Do you guys have surf cams down there? Our wave forecast isn't calling for much but the surf cam is showing some waves moving in.

It seems like you have tried to work this out and are getting screwed. When all else fails, get even. Swim up at night and put some clear packing tape over the water intakes for his boat motor. It won't help you in your riding but it will bring a smile to your face. P.S. I would never do...
