your gain from an aftermarket water box is roughly 0% taking it out goes towards the negitive gain, if your running the oem exhaust and you change that out to something like a b-pipe your gain is a lot higher...........any pipe is better than the brick the skis come with.

if this is for a home shop , go by sears, i picked up a great 15 gal 150psi that works perfectly, if your using one a bunch go with a bigger tank and belt driven motors will last longer. but like charlie said the direct drive are a little on the loud side. mine's just sitting it the basement...

if you access to a press it will make the job a breeze, it took me 2 minutes to press them out and new ones in. the press makes it nice to get them exactly were you want them with out any undo stress on you or the bearings.
