I just heard Andrew's got the permit to do the double-up but doesn't have any boats. Anyone got any leads on wakeboard boats or cruisers? If not, we'll need to work on recruiting some Saturday morning!

The point is to max out your throw but it is easy to overdo it. Do whatever it takes I guess. I had/have plenty of throw with a modded nozzle and the steering mounted at the second hole on the plate. I switched to a cats this year, moved the mount thing back out to the outer hole, and now got...

Might need to move the mount point in a hole or two on the plate. Definitely make sure you hit the stops. "Close enough" is not close enough :wallbang:.

I just use a regular crescent wrench and a rubber mallet. :smashfreakB:

Flexes some. Doesn't bind on anything though. And I think I got as much throw as I'm gonna get with it...

I didn't have any luck cross-drilling mine so I just wrapped it around and sandwiched it between the bolt head and a nut. For the steering cable pivot, I flipped it upside down, moved it in a bit, and moved it down one or two washers. It's held up for about 3hrs of riding so far...

Yeah I was always wanting to pull my rear foot out of the footwell a couple inches. This strap pulls my foot back further than I'd like so I'm going to sandwich some nuts below the strap to allow me to move my foot a little more forward in it. My knees had me down all Spring then got back in...

It's just about perfect for my size 9.5 wrastlin' shoes. It might get in the way of can-can and nuthin landings but we'll see. I'm still in no shape to be testing all that yet :banghead:

If it takes 4cu ft and the buoyancy is 60lbs/cu ft, where does the other 80 or whatever pounds of buoyancy come from to float an sj?? Does the nose foam help that much? Aftermarket poles don't have foam - not sure about a/m hoods. Am I doing correct math according to uscomposites' info? 4cu...

Sounds like you need a full kit for a full refoam :dunno:

Did you do a full or partial refoam? I just refoamed about a third of my ski the other night with a 16lb kit of 3lb foam and only used maybe 20oz of each. So I should have 2/3 of the kit left over if you are interested.
