true that... my orange ski - I ended up reinforcing from both the inside and outside... the cracked side ended up being around 1/4" thick... ugly as hell, but strong enough for one last season before I got rid of it.

MTZ's are badazz looking for sure. I've been running 33" Nitto Trail Grapplers for a few years now - in fact I have over 50k miles on mine - i rotate them every oil change though. Still have a good 1/2" of tread on them. I was thinking about 35" or 37" MTZ's for my next set though.

typically, for me, the ski cracks starting at the hoodseal mid way between the blkhead and pole mount. and also near the bulkhead.

Patch Motors built the cranks for my last two motors - did a killer job, lead time and price was perfect.
