Actually i think his products are fairly well built and he has a good price point but I don't think I would ever buy anything from him unless it was in my hands before I paid for it.

A tlr 48 will be just fine on your ski. Dont worry you will love it. I run the same setup(tlr 48) except my cylinder is ported.

I was at Islands of adventure in Orlando about 2 weeks ago and saw someone riding a superjet across the lake doing some nice rolls and flare backflips. I could hear that the ski was definetly modded. Then later in the day I saw him riding a stock SJ across the lake. Anyone know who works there...

Im sure someone will jump in with more technical info but I think it has to do with jet pumps are only efficient up to a certain rpm.
