I am taking 3 mm off a like new set of raider mount's they are def. beefier.
That's the common blow up if all the bearing surfaces are still good and you don't have crack's in the counterweight areas you will be ok using those cases again.
You probably already found the problem most of the water goes out through the exhaust. Put the motor back in and hook everything up dbl check your work you will be alright dude
