I loved the fixed steering because I didn't have to work as hard to stay low and forward. I thought the steering was great, more would be better. The ski was very nimble on the front half and would stick well when you wanted it to. A dcut rideplate might help control the back half a lot...

OMG this ski ripped like no other! Gyod that hood paired up with a set of tubbies seems to be the ticket. Thanks Reed! I was having so much fun I kept forgetting about the bottom end bog, hahaa. Now reinforce that beech so it can get upside down.

300 or 400 wet, whichever you or sLowe's has handy. All the 220 I've seen is for dry sanding and goes fast...
