I use a Proto. Pretty sure its a lifetime guarantee but like all other torque wrenches must be calibrated occasionally. I will say it is the only wrench that I never let anyone touch and I always keep it stored in its protective case after completely wiping it down with a clean dry cloth.

Primers usually take a while to get started when they have been dryed out . It also helps if the fuel tank is pressurized. I know on my skis I usually set them out in the sun for 30-40 mins so they gas starts warming up after sitting in the garage all winter. Depending on how old the primer is...
