    manifold crossover filled for 38's

It's a little too late, I'm running OEM 44's now - with a filled crossover. Finally got the jetting perfect, running 105 mains, 120 lows, 25 PSI pop-off. Pulls clean & hard from off idle to a very strong top end.:woot: :woot: :woot: :woot: :woot: :woot: :woot:

    manifold crossover filled for 38's

I had to lean out my ported cylinder, maybe one size on both high & low, don't remember. YMMV.

    Trinity Composites SXR Hood

If you put this hood, a prop, a FP wet pipe & ADA head on an SX-R where does that bring the weight down to? Will the SX-R with those mods have "almost" as much low end as a similary modded SJ?

    manifold crossover filled for 38's

If you fill the entire passage in one shot the curvature will prevent it from coming loose even ifit breks free from the walls. Rough up the walls & clean well w/Acetone (in a well ventilated area) & it'll stick well. Yes, it makes tuning considerably easier (go leaner). I have one for sale...

Need Suggestions - Lockable Trailer Box

I'm looking to put a big, lockable trailer box on the tongue of my trailer so I don't have to put everything in the trunk. It needs to be big enough for a 5 gallon gas can, tool box, 12" spare tire, small cooler, and a rubbermaid tote full of dripping wetsuit, helmet, PFD, etc. Who's using...

Sebastian Inlet Ride, Sunday April 1st

Wish I could ride w/ya'll.:frown: I'll be in Jax, but will probably ride Vilano - it looks like the best spot for Sat. afternoon, as far as swell size & lowest winds. The south side of the inlet has a spot that's pretty well sheltered from NW wind chop too.

You may want to ~lightly~ coat the rings w/premix oil at assembly.:cool2:

.012 sounds about right. If you can get everything cleaned up & moving freely I would reuse the rings (IMO, YMMV  ).
