Searched forums and couldn't really find clear answers to my questions. I'm going to be running single cooling for the time being. I have a 2000 SJ. Has a b pipe that has a single line into the manifold and I don't want to take apart to tap manifold for dual cooling so single cooling for now...

The jump to b pipe from stock was great for me. This thread will definately help on the next step

For the top center manifold bolts, you put those on first until there are no threads showing, then slide on the manifold and put on the rest of the bolts, just installed mine a couple weeks ago.

Benny and Steve, nice to meet you guys up there! Knee is fine only hurts when it twists ever so slightly but all is well. We will have to ride again soon, I'll make the trip up north one of these days, got plenty of family up there.

Heat helps, make sure if using weldwood follow the directions and it'll stay down perfect, learned the hard way.
