A piston port 550 cylinder will fit on a 440 case.
Or it could be just .5 over 550 piston port that was swapped in.
The pistons look like they might have seen better days.
I don't know if you have one of those aftermarket tanks made by the member limited slip but I cant see riding the surf with a small kart tank. Esp here on Longisland where we are technically not allowed to launch off the beach. I bring out an extra 2-5 gallons along with my full stock tank. We...
Make a splitter and jam it into your pissers and back feed the motor and pipe out the pump. I run my motor separate and my pipe separate so I can do one at a time with a hose handle
Tuning is the last step after everything else is assembled correctly, in perfect working order, and all other bugs worked out.
Its hard to know what condition any of these parts are in, or if its leaking air, or maybe damaged in some way/has electrical problems. There are too many variables to...
@700Pirate Start gluing hydro turf to your tank in rub spots. By the pipe, by the battery tray, by the sharp tank strap pieces... glue the rubber insulation under the tank down. Use the turf to pad out straps so you don't have to tie knots, because it breaks the rubber at the knot on old straps...
glue some turf back on and call it a day. lol
Would be easy enough to do a little grinder clean up and use thick biax to remake/reinforce the front lip. same for inside hull. Clean it out real good, sand and skuff and lay some in there if the crack went through. Gonna have to take the stock...
RTF b-team afternoon edit! Beginning of this season i've only ridden a jet ski 15-20 times. 650 sx at that lmao..

A visual check...
I put mine in with new seals and oem SJ bearings. Filled with ATF and made sure the rear o ring was sealed.
The order came in time, and the price was discounted.
I would like to buy the impros cone for it.

I've broken it in a few places. Repaired the cross bar. Laid a few layers of 17oz in the nose because it egged out where the bushings go. Laid a bunch across the inside top. I'm gonna have to cut the hood liner out and reinforce it all. The hood liner broke on the left side...
@frodiesel did you reinforce the tom21 hood? The 24/7 seems much thicker in places (especially the pole bolt area). I wish I had the 24/7 or rad dudes carbon hood in your pic
Marks first pics on instagram show him 6 inches off the ground. Those baloney skins are gonna blow out any higher than that. They also don't show them after the weekend of abuse. I wonder how many survived the "harsh" woodchip landing.
Do you ride snowmobiles? Do you see the size of those track...
