Thanks for the input.... anyways, who's the best at porting?

I'm going to give Art a call and see what he'd charge to port it.... so far 2 people have recommended him I know others have got your cylinders ported, so who did YOU use?

I have been collecting parts for the x2, and would like to stick with the 650 since I already have a mint one. (and parts are cheap for them) Engine swaps aren't really my thing.... we'll just say I tend to strip things out, swear, yell, and then start throwing poop... My 02 SJ holds me over...

I'm looking into getting the cylinders on my 93 Kawi X2 ported and polished... Who is the best for 650 cylinder port work? I just need someone that is reliable and does top quality work...

I have a hood from an 02 SJ It is blue, and needs paint anyways. $100 + shipping Here some pics of it, the Yamaha stickers were removed and they never took off the sticky residue left behind, also it has some light scratches.

Would it hurt anything to blow compressed air back thru the pisser line? Right around 100 psi. I'm trying to get as much water as possible out of the system for winter.
