I had this problem on a ported 701 i had. i had a protec pipe on it with stock compression and aftermarket air filters.... switched EVERYTHING and still had same problems. took the protec exaust off and put stock exhaust on and it worked fine.... dont know what the problem was till this day...

You are correct, with the big throws, 50/50s and sprung monkeys there is no "hop" persay, but you dont ride directly into it...

I think hopping into a setup wake is very essential. Every trick i do has its own specific setup wake... none of the wakes are the same.

same exact setup as me except i am running domed with 160 lbs and a non powervalve lamey cylinder.... i was so tempted to get the powervalved cylinder though!!
