He got back to me and gave me a template of where to drill.... I'm putting on his steering cable/bracket, cold fusion turnplate, odi grips, new throttle, and riser bars. Through everything ive read this is a pretty sweet setup for the 08+ since the throw/steering is pretty crappy from the factory.

Whats the best way to D-cut the plate? I did a hack job on my old sxr and dont want to foul this one up. I tried to find a machine shop and none around me would even touch it. Cut the plate flush then D it a little or just do a good size D-cut?
