Coil pack. It could also be the stator, but my bet is not. To be safe, you may wanna check the resistance of the coils. Use the diagram attached to determine which wires to test.

I was having problems hooking up in the holeshot and sliding on turns. Switching from the westcoast to a worx grate fixed everything for me. On top of that, now it doesn't feel like I'm riding a slippery banana anymore. EDIT: I got a stock plate, so maybe that plays a factor...

Until they can come up with another power plant for small engines, like chainsaws, 2-stroke engines will never completely go away and thus neither will the oil.

The starter solenoid is nothing more then a relay that's activated when you hit the start switch. It basically shorts the battery to the starter. Has nothing to do with how she runs. So, can you get it started?

The sooner you pull that box, assuming there's water in it, the better. You may have to replace stuff in there. First see if there's water in it. Work on your problems 1 at a time. Before we can address any of your other problems, we need to fix the constant cranking problem. The issues...

IMO, get rid of the Westcoast grate. I hated the 1 that came with my ski.

Pull the ebox and look for water. Disconnect the switch and see if there's a short across the 2 wires. If so, trace the wires to find the short.

I'll bring in my wiring diagram tomorrow and scan the wiring diagrams I have. What exactly are you looking for? Maybe someone can help before I get the images up.

Why? U might have the best carb out there currently installed. First, figure out what you got and go from there. EDIT: If you don't know what carb you got, getting the right kit for it is going to be impossible.

There should be a hose running to your head. It's that hose that it connects to. Or rather goes in.
