With a sled the electric start is off the clutch not the flywheel. Sled motors always have more HP than jetski motors. Theirs also way more money in sled r&d and in the sport in general. Putting a sled motor in a jetski is possible but it's going to be a hell of a job.

1st thing is converting it to electric start, than cooling, then couplers, then water cooled exhuast,.......hope you have a ton of time and good fab skills
