I would say over the mounts although I have not done it myself but theres no reason not to, more strength.

That'll go through that stuff way to fast, there isn'y enough throttle control on those for what he's trying to do

If its taking it off to fast I'd use a dremel with a grinder and put it on one of the lower speed settings. For the nose I'd do the dremel with the cutting wheel.

I'll definitely get ahold of him and didn't see that his hull was for sale in HHI I might just have to bring that back to MI with me, or bring parts for it down with me, I know of a couple of spots on the island that gets some decent to large surf, the only problem is getting the skis to them...

Don't bother reinforcing the hood personally I think it's very strong I backflop and beat the poop out of mine doing rolls and just straight up d!cking around and mine hasn't shown any signs of stress Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

just use bilge coat easy to apply and looks great, I used white on my ski because I love the clean look when it is clean but don't spill grease or it'll be a mess, a lot of people go with black or gray Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I might be wrong but I think cold fusion makes a pump alignment tool that bolts in place of the midshaft
