    Fx1 spring time build

the water most likely came in thru the exhaust not the head. I would be damn sure it is all out and run it to be sure! leaving water in the crank area is a big deal!

    Battery Tender Lithium Batteries.

have you tried sealing it before use? I bought 2 240cc from them and their Tender to match, still on the 1st one with zero issues but I use a ATP charging ignition not TL on my 1000 Dasa 12mm. The bolt on charging cable is holding up very well and is a treat to use since I made my own battery...

    Spark-less .., and Clue-less.... !

just looking at the connectors on the SS switch is not enough, open it up at the handle bar and open, clean, grease and reassemble the switchs (both) , or try a known good switch. they get a light corrosion on the small brass contact pads inside and will cause your symptoms to a TEE!

Super Jet Superjet pisser sputters and pump loads up but barely moves

120 and 145 is pretty poor, especially if you have a Protec head. For a motor that was just rebuilt the 120 is unacceptable but if you are lucky it is just the head gasket as Squatch mentioned.

What's your view look like today?

I designed and built that cart 20 years ago for my 1992 JS550, drew up and machined it all myself and have already worn out the original motor. It goes about 20 mph and is rideable for 2 people, many latenite drunken loader rides!

Other Ultimate Bearing Installation Tool - SKF TMFT 24/36

I have a SKF induction heater , works very nice and will heat up to a 50lb bearing, but rarely gets used as I use a torch often for large bearings. I also have one of those small cone heaters, I like to use it for the small stuff especially if they are delicate or have seals in them, the torch...
