Purchased a quick steer turn plate from him last week. @Yami-Rider was very quick to respond to questions and item came exactly as described. He shipped the item very quickly...would do business with him again. Thanks again good sir!
If you're running a stock setup a 44 carb will be fine. I ran nicely ported 61x for years with a 44 and it was very snappy and saved a ton on gas vs. a 46.
Another note: since you are building a surf ski a larger engine is not necessarily needed. A lot of bros on here roll with a 701 or 760 instead of a larger engine. Could help you save a couple bucks and put the money toward other parts that are needed. GLWB!
If you don't want to break the bank on the ski, you can always track down a donor ski and yank the engine. Prices are gonna start dropping on skis now that fall is here and winter is coming.
Bought a prop off @cam_lg a couple weeks ago. He was very prompt with his responses and shipped it out super quick. Would buy from him again. Thank you sir!
