I ordered jets yesterday. Pilots 127.5 through 135 and main jets 115 through 130. We will see.... I think I have some putty left from my case porting to block off the intake
If I put a 140 pilot in wouldn't I need to put a smaller main jet in it? A lot of setups I see have smaller main jets and bigger pilots. Two 140 jets per carb seems like a lot of fuel for an 850.
140 pilot jet? do they even make them that big haha.
the flywheel is stock 62t and its what ever atp recommended with the 850 bb. I dont have a tuning cable. I should get one.
bigger pilot seems just what it needed but i feel like when i put in the 125 pilot it was to rich but i only had it...

I bought this off a guy on here and when I opened up the bubble wrap I found this dent in the coil. Unless I missed something in my install the ski has no spark.
Is this junk now?

Any one have pics of a front foot hold? On the inside and the out side? being able to surf stance would be awesome and help a ton with carving. Either that or i need a longer pole lol.
Turning the bottom screws out didn't help take out the bog. But now I know the bog is in a different part of the fuel circuit.
Ran out of gas had to swim it back in 40* water that sucked but I got my beach body work out in for the day.
I wish I wouldn't have cut 4 inches out of my xmetal...
ask the machine shop to hone one and see what it did. takes two seconds to hone it. if it takes most the scratches out just do rings. if it doesnt bore it up. they prob wont charge you for a hone if you have to bore up .010
I thought it was the nozzle throwing water in the exhaust but that's not possible on a stock sj. I will brave the snow this week and report.
