That track looks pretty nice really. I like that it has a flange on it that would help with glassing it down. The T-Track that Sportfish posted would probably need some sort of flange welded to it or something to allow it to be glassed in, maybe just roughed up and bonded to the finished tray...

Aluminum you could rough and epoxy. Unless I got bad info, UHMW can't be glued or epoxied in any way. If the OP want's strictly bolt ons, UHMW is some nice stuff to work with.

I think you will be stuck using 100% mechanical attaching system with UHMW. Our local plastic place told me no glue will stick to it so I believe you won't be able to turf over it either. Maybe a 2x3" aluminum angle? With some thing thick like 1/4" material, you could drill and tap so you end...

No offense to our vendors, but I think they sould maybe pony up just a bit more. Some sites have a vendor price that gets them unlimited sales and a different color name.
