Ski is sweet! Also dig the colors. Wife has good taste. Was that 89 lbs on the hull + a 12 lb hood? Cold fusion mid shaft only -0.2 lbs doesn't seem like too much of a loss in weight though. TDR waterbox may fit nice. Very compact.
if you are cheap like me I just replace the diaphram and clean and or replace the jets. I clean the gaskets and reuse them. A rebuild kit is 40 and diaphram 15.
Yes the jets will be stamped. I think stock jets are 130 and 70. I am running 135 main 75 pilot 95g spring and 1.8 needle and seats on dual tapered bore 38's, head and B pipe.
Looking good Blessed, I left the lip on the rear of my tray like you have it in the second picture. Was going to wrap my turf around it, but not sure if the water pressure will pull it off. What color turf are you going to use? What pipe is that in there, I m sure you said but I missed it.

Ski Diggity you ride a square too right? It's a lot of work. I would recomend buying AM hull if you can afford. Or Ill sell you mine in a year. After you add up all the misc. sand paper glass paint ect ect ect. not to mention the hours, ....

In the last picture you can see the two burn marks where I tried at first to use heat to make the rocker, but I didn't want it to have a 3 stage rocker so I cut slices instead. I left the last 1" atached so that i would bend but still stay together.
